  How did I get here? The walls are closing in. Guilty of a deplorable act, An unpardonable sin. I wanted you more than life itself. Now I'm chained to your altar, With every breath. That which appeared as blessing from on High; Engulfs my being like a plague, With no cure in sight. To be with you was my wonderous vision. Now, I must call it an impenetrable prison. Doing a life sentence, Trapped by your love. In solitary confinement, Gripped by despair. Bound by gloom. Memories of happiness, Turned into nightmares  of doom Awaiting for the day, The judge will issue a pardon That which I counted priceless, I gladly give for a bargain Trapped!
